Chris has been working in the home inspection industry since 2009 and has personally completed thousands of detail-oriented inspections for his clients. Chris is a plumbing, heating, and cooling specialist by trade. He decided that the best way to put his diverse knowledge of the building industry to use would be to become a licensed home inspector and truly help people through honest inspections and practical home maintenance advice. He thoroughly enjoys educating his clients and sharing his own wisdom about home purchase and ownership with them. When he isn't working, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his family and grandchildren, boating, and fishing. Chris entered the building industry in 1977 and has loved working with homes and their systems ever since. With over 40 years of experience working with and learning about homes, he is far more knowledgeable than most inspectors out there. He entered the industry as a plumber and expanded into other areas of experience. He is an industry expert on radiant and high-end heating and has worked as a manufacturer's representative for numerous plumbing and heating companies.
