For example, our unique proprietary Yield-to-Maturity calculation gives you the ability to easily compare loans based on cash flows, discounts and probability of payoff. We also ensure that your personal information remains confidential - only your screen name is shared with other members. You decide when you want to share additional contact and/or professional information. Additionally, we make it easy for members to electronically sign confidentiality agreements, using either their own confidentiality agreement or our generic LoanMLS confidentiality agreement, facilitating the due diligence process.
