This free session is typically provided using webinar technology. In this free session, you will learn at least three ideas you can immediately use to empower people. We also incorporate a 30-day Call to Action to make it easy for you to use what you learned to elevate your skill while you empower people through a daily activity that can be done in 10 minutes or less each day. This free session is one hour in length. It serves as the first training module of our company's introductory leadership training program, Leaders Ignite. Leaders Ignite consists of six additional training modules typically provided monthly over the course of six months. Like the free session, each subsequent module incorporates a 30-day Call to Action to utilize the ideas learned to elevate skills in a daily activity that can be done in 10 minutes or less each work day. We provide this program one-to-one using webinar technology. We provide comparable content through interactive training sessions on site for a group of leaders from the same company. One-to-one sessions are one hour in length. Group training sessions are two hours in length. Our company also conducts needs assessments.
