Sparking a profound sense of ocean conservation and environmental responsibility for local lands, our oceans and waterways. Lele Art Lab is a mobile, push-powered art lab and environmental aquatics program for K-12 in South Florida. We unite the power of art with the practice of science, to redefine how youth learn about the ocean. To solve the loss of science learning, making it less complex, more inclusive and ever more engaging via project-based, art, design, and science discovery programs. We've collaborated with multitude of partners at the municipal level to design and pilot projects, addressing critical issues like sea level rise, water quality, marine habitats, coral restoration, hydroponics, and the identification of microplastics to go beyond raising awareness. Empowering young individuals by providing them with skills, creative access, and policy knowledge, enabling them to take on leadership roles in the climate movement.Ocean trash turns into art and the 3 R's (reduce, reuse, recycle) adds to our scientific method.
