Kurt Clark & Kurt's Kids specializes in youth fitness and athletic development for kids 6 - 18 years old. Through specially developed age specific programs, kids of all levels can learn proper technique and movement patterns associated with a desire for life-long fitness. \\I specialize in developing speed, agility, mobility, strength and power in male and female middle school and high school athletes. Through individualized programs developed with the athlete's personal deficits and abilities in mind, I can greatly enhance the athletes ability to prevent injuries in competition.
