Kinfolk Enterprise is based out of Carlton North's Sibling Cafe, a hospitalty social enterprise serving up on-trend food and exceptional coffee from a sustainability-focused seasonal menu. Sibling is the backdrop to the Kinfolk Volunteer program, a training and inclusion initiative that's been running since 2010 and seen over 1,000 community members pass through its doors. Through specialised training, bespoke goal-setting and radical inclusion - this program provides opportunities for skills development, confidence building and belonging to a community of people from all walks of life who have faced barriers to employment. All distributable profits from Sibling Cafe go towards providing support and training to our Volunteer Community and aiding them on their pathways to employment.
