JBL Environmental Services (JBL) was first established in 1998 and specializes in aquatic and terrestrial resource baseline inventories and environmental impact assessments. JBL has completed numerous projects throughout British Columbia. Our clients have included federal, provincial and municipal agencies, as well as mining, forestry, hydro-power, transportation and urban development companies, and First Nations.
