In 1995, Merrimack Valley Baptist Church in Merrimack, NH, started Independent Baptist Mission with one missionary couple who desired the church to be their sending agency. Over the ensuing years the Lord continued to add missionaries. The name was changed to IBMGlobal in 2009 to more accurately reflect the world-wide vision of the mission board. IBMGlobal exists to facilitate church planting movements by proclaiming the Gospel, teaching disciples, and training leaders for indigenous, reproducing churches.
