The company was established by Mr Huiting Zhang, together with a number of other prominent architects and engineers.The company was awarded a First Class Architectural Design Licence on 1st August 1995 and commenced operation following it's registered by the National Industrial and Commercial Bureau on 1st September 1995.The company is one of a select few in Beijing, Shanghai,Chongqing,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen, to be established following Architectural Design Reforms undertaken by the China National Construction Ministry in Beijing, and is the only one of its type in South-West China.
