We believe engaging in volunteerism early on creates better, more aware citizens while also bringing into the limelight local voices for more inclusive nation building. Through our Himalayan Foundation Programme that runs in 6 cities (Muktsar, Sardulgarh, Fatehgarh Sahib, Chandigarh, Srinagar and Brampton) we have engaged over 2000+ school and college students in projects encompassing sexual health education, menstrual health and hygiene awareness, ecological and animal welfare and much more. At Himalayan Kaksha centres, our volunteers provide remedial classes for government school children and basic reading, writing and arithmetic literacy classes for adults.
