Hervé Consult was an idea to support me in special projects.Gives me opportunity for not exactly academic approaches as blue print an entire business plan for a new company (as I did with Lucidha - 03/2002 till 06/2004 - ; Agile Solutions - 2001 and Dignity in 2005) acting as associate for a while and retiring whenever situation asks for it.In another aspect, join existing companies for special purposes like a short period to fill specific needs as built a partnership to become services and products distributors (as I did for Accelera consulting and Assurance IT).Build commercial strategies and hire & educate the necessary professionals.Possibilities as strategic plan for some segments can be built step by step, bringing in a clever services scaloning in association with services providers specially developed to match limited budget situation..Provides me always with the possibility to get the best professional in a competitive price for each situation.
