We are a forward-looking innovator in the field of medical informatics, a spin-off of the University of Genoa, and we have been operating since 2014. We propose a disruptive approach to create Real World Evidence (RWE) starting from real data (Real World Data - RWD), enabling interoperability at the process level, thus allowing the reuse of clinical data, thanks to our HQuantum © platform. Our team combines the sensitivities of the research world (based on the strong link with the university and the working groups of HL7) with those of the world of ICT and consultancy applied to the Healthcare (HC) and Lifescience (LS) sector. . HQuantum © is our cloud platform that provides operations based on specific international standards, some of which are already recognized by current Italian legislation.
