We started with one and quickly grew to 40+ brokers until 2015 when something special happened! Sarah Makhomet had built up DLC Mortgage Village during the same timeframe. In late 2015 the decision was made to merge Mortgage Village into DLC Home Capital Solutions. Today the brokerage employs more than 100 brokers in Ontario. The brokerage is not all that we do.
