About Us:Grand River Public Bike Share, (GRPBS) is a non-profit organization based in Waterloo, Ontario dedicated to the introduction of public bike sharing in the Region of Waterloo (ROW).The financially stable, non-profit business model of GRPBS includes revenues from corporate sponsorships, user fees, private contributions, and community grants. GRPBS qualifies for exemption from federal income taxes and will apply for exemption from Ontario Provincial and local sales taxes.
