SHMILY is a symbol Allison Lippard Morris has chosen to show how much she cares for her brother Cole Lippard who was in a car wreck and now is permanently disabled due to a Traumatic Brain Injury. In her efforts to see that her brother and others have a safe, caring, supportive, and independent environment, Allison is promoting awareness of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and seeking financial support for Lippard Lodge, a group home operated by Lutheran Family Services in the Carolinas, where her brother and five (5) other TBI clients live with 24 hour supervised care.The goal of "GO SHMILY" is to sustain the operation of "Lippard Lodge" (Traumatic Brain Injury Group Home) and other housing for adults with traumatic brain injuries , as well as to promote new or existing programs, including programs for veterans and prevention.
