Fresbo is founded in 2006 by 3 graduates from National University of Singapore (NUS). After meddling with some contract works in the beginning, its first big break came in 2007, when it was awarded with iJam funding from MDA. Using the iJam funds of $50,000 SGD, Fresbo created its first MMO called "Fresbo World", a socializing game that has gathered 600,000 users and became the top application in Friendster in 2008, with monthly revenue averaging $15,000 SGD. With good performance from its first iJam funding, Fresbo go on and achieve a further grant of higher quantum from MDA in 2009. Utilizing that grant, Fresbo further develop its core technology HADES, and released the beta version of their second game "Ninerift" in September 2010
