Forum for International Cooperation (FIC) is an international NGO based in Denmark and Kenya. FIC works in Denmark, Europe and East Africa on promoting decent lives by: - Promoting sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all- Strengthening people's social, democratic and economic rights- Achieving gender equality and addressing gender-related challenges- Tackling poverty and inequality and empowering the disadvantaged and vulnerable in society- Addressing mental and physical health challengesFIC furthermore has ongoing information and communication activities in Denmark focusing on:- Awareness raising, advocacy and campaigns related to international development and challenges in East Africa- Education and information on the European Union and European challenges and opportunities
