Foppex Ltd is registered in Republic of Cyprus by shareholders of Akçaba Communications in April 2010. The company's main focus is the marketing of fiber optic products, mainly single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic pigtails and duplex patch cords of various length, connectors, adaptors, rack-mount patch panels and wall-mount termination boxes. These products are produced locally by an Akçaba Communications subsidiary, Foppex Manufacturing in northern part of Cyprus. foppex also has a team of certified installers who provide fiber optical termination (fusion splice) and testing (OTDR, powermeter) services. In addition, the company provides customized training on fiber optic technology and its applications.
