Since the company's creation over 40 years ago, providing innovative solutions to heat management problems has always been at the core of our business. Following the company's acquisition in 1998 by RBF Products Limited, the company became part of the RBF Group. Subsequently a significant investment programme was initiated, which culminated in the move to new premises in 2000.In 2002 the RBF Group was acquired in a management buyout lead by the incumbent Managing Director of the RBF Group of companies, with Fibre-Tech becoming a division within the newly formed RBF Industries Limited.During the period between 2002 and 2007 Fibre-Tech experience rapid growth through diversification of the products and services it provided and investment in new manufacturing processes and technology. In 2008 the company expanded into a second factory adjacent to the existing building which provided a dedicated fabrication facility for its vehicle exhaust and ridged insulation business. As the company continued to grow, in 2010 a decision was taken to separate Fibre-Tech from the RBF Industries business and the newly formed Fibre-Tech Industries was created.Since this time, the company has continued to go from strength to strength, supported by a programme of continual investment in state of art 3D CAD systems, Fluid Dynamics modelling, and sophisticated manufacturing plant and systems. In March 2017, the company completed its acquisition of a precision engineering business. This strategic acquisition will provide the business with 85% of all its component requirement, making the company less reliant on external suppliers and providing greater control in manufacturing and quality.Moving forward, we will continue to offer fast and effective design solutions, complemented by a flexible and responsive manufacturing facility, to a wide range of customers and market sectors. Building on our 40 years of technical knowledge and manufacturing experience we continue to forge long term partnerships with our diverse customer base.
