The Concept - FASTSpace revolutionizes the way of renting an office/workspace. Customers can now rent an office for only a day, a week or anytime they wish. Customers can search for available office in our system and we will generate an access code and send to the tenant. With this access code, the tenant can use it to open the digital lock in the workspace. The access code will change after the tenant period and reset for the next user.The Operation - FASTSpace would rent 10-20 big offices in HK, partition them into 30-60 smaller workspace.Advantage - FASTSpace believes that we can help SMEs, Freelance indviduals, Starts up companies. They need to pay ONLY when they use the office. For example, a freelance make up may need a room to help her clients to do make up, she can rent our workspace for a day, while she can store all her tools in our storage. If she only use 4 days a month, she only need to pay 4 days rent; instead of renting a small office for a month in traditional way.
