The Ezy Group of companies was initially established by Derek and Sylvia Davis as Ezy Vehicle Rentals in 2006, but the need for quality supporting services has led to the development of four independent but integrated companies. Ezy Mechanical and Ezy Mechanical Towing were launched in 2009 and Ezy Sign Solutions was launched in 2012. In 2019 the Ezy Group launched an additional branch in Moranbah where the Ezy Group can provide vehicle rentals, mechanical services and signage to the Isaac region. The Ezy Group will soon be expanding into Emerald in September 2022.
