Denver, Colorado based Eventful Productions, Inc. (EPI) is a professional event management company experienced in executing a range of unique special events. EPI's specialty is managing large outdoor events and is involved in many of Denver's premier summer festivals. Services within the festival management division include operational logistics, food and beverage programs, merchandise programs, volunteer coordination, and overall event management. Within the private events division, EPI also manages indoor functions including fundraiser galas, film premiere parties and industry networking sessions. Since 2003, the team has kept busy creating parties of all sizes, ranging from fifteen to 2,200 attendees.EPI president Renee Ortiz is a dedicated member of the local events industry and previously served on the Colorado Festivals & Events Association's Board of Directors. When the Event Solutions Idea Factory was held in Denver in August of 2006, Renee was the Executive Producer of the Fabulous Showcase Event, held at Red Rocks Amphitheater. She is currently serving on the City of Denver's "Waste No More Task Force" as a representative of the event industry.
