Who we areThe Evaluation Society of Kenya (ESK) is a network of individuals, groups and organizations that have come together and have an interest in all matters related to program evaluation. Members join the ESK network to share news, information, and opinions about program evaluation as it affects them or is is conducted and used in Kenya, the East African region or worldwide. Members also use the ESK Network as a knowledge and resource sharing platform.Our Vision To bring together professionals and practitioners working in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) for sharing news and views. To support the application of quality monitoring and evaluation processes To share information and knowledge on M & E practices To share, develop and implement capacity building opportunities in the application of M & E To play a constructive and effective intermediation role between project/ program sponsors, beneficiaries and other stakeholders wherever members serve as evaluators.Our MissionThe network's vision is a world where communities freely thrive in nutritional and economic abundance and where all humans fully enjoy all freedoms contained in the international statutes and living in an environment that is adequately sustained from bio-physical and socio-political perspectives. - The vision is supported by intervention programs that are appropriately designed, implemented and evaluated to provide products and knowledge that continuously build upon the world described.
