El Porvenir Services, LLC provides training, coaching, and forensic equity analysis for individuals, public agencies, municipalities and non-profits throughout the country and across the nation.El Porvenir Services, LLC's Equity and Racial Justice / Human Rights services are built on a scaffold of frameworks created by Founder and Principal, Carlos Kareem Windham. These include, but are not limited to: The Danger Room (talking honestly about race), The Philosophical Argument Racial Equity, The Science of Equitable Outcomes (the "Equity Sun"), The Gilded Cage of Racism, & Working In Deference to Black Power; a path for white success in the movement. This umbrella of frameworks, built on hundreds of years of scholarship, organizing & activism, popular culture, & the lived experiences of the most impacted, provides El Porvenir the nimbility to bring the frameworks to a myriad of services.
