Quito is the last frontier. Ponce, a military dictator, walled the city. A group of young revolutionaries want to gain control and are ready to strike, but one of their leaders is not so sure that they understand what they are really doing. Confined to just 2 locations, Quito 2023 shows the human side of the revolution, the internal conflicts their leaders and the hopelessness of a region that cannot be governed.
