Blackwater Underground is a new Civil and Site utilities contractor specializing in sewer/water, drainage systems such as residential and commercial drain tile, and landscape reconstruction. We do anything requiring heavy equipment from mass dirt excavation such as basements and building pads to delicately excavating around existing utilities. We also provide snow plowing, and snow removal/relocation in the winter months as well.
