Lettings Department Kelly Bradshaw Dalton offer Landlords a full range of professional services from a Let Only Option to help simplify the letting process, to a comprehensive Management Option taking care of all your property management needs from letting through to entire refurbishments. Full Property Management Option Our management service is designed to give peace of mind to landlords and deal with all issues associated with your rental properties. Rent is paid in advance directly to the Kelly Bradshaw Dalton rental account. Invoices for maintenance work are deducted and the balance sent to the landlord along with a detailed statement of account. Alternatively should you prefer to monitor your rental payments we will organize for all monies to be transferred to your account and issue invoices for any repair work on a monthly basis.
