My practice is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents.Entering therapy is a significant decision and making this decision comes from a place of strength within the individual, couple or family. I have an appreciation for this strength, and consider it an important part of the therapy process.Making personal changes can be challenging. However, not making personal changes is also a decision. When a person, couple or family decides to take steps in learning how to make healthy changes, the first step in therapy has occurred.The aim of therapy is to help people make changes within their thoughts, feelings, and relationships that lead them to be their most authentic self. The therapist is an invited guest into the client's life and it is an honor to be a part of the process.
