The Colmore Teaching School Alliance is committed to a self-improving and sustainable school-led system, offering support, collaboration and opportunity. We have been recruiting and training primary and secondary teachers for over 7 years and support newly qualified teachers through our highly commended NQT programme.We seek to develop a culture of sharing excellent practice in education knowing that this will have a positive impact on children's life chances whilst delivering high quality professional development.
