Enjoyable and modern line dance classes in the Norwich area. Organised and run by Claire Snelling, who has been dancing since the late 1990's. Classes are for adults and range from Absolute beginner to Higher Intermediate. We dance to a variety of music from chart music to old classics (with just a dash of Yee-ha!...but not too much) What is Line Dancing? A line dance is a choreographed sequence of steps danced by a group of individuals who dance in lines or rows. It can help you improve your general fitness and co-ordination as well as burning a surprisingly high number of calories (about 300 calories an hour), all while having fun in a friendly social atmosphere.
