Our Mission at Circles is to eliminate school and community violence by building perspective, strengthening empathy, increasing accountability, and mindfully restoring culture. Circles is a conflict resolution, restorative practices training, mediation, and consultation program. This powerful custom program is designed to repair and strengthen relationships in families, schools, and business communities. Family Circles involves a direct mediation between family members in crisis including marriage restoration interventions and behavioral interventions for youth. We specialize in providing behavioral interventions for youth who have social emotional, behavioral, and/or cognitive disorders, including, but not limited to, Autism Spectrum Disorder. School Circles provides Restorative Practice Training for teachers and other educational professionals to increase conflict mediation skills. These interventions include Evidence-Based interventions that effectively decrease student adverse behaviors while improving behavioral and academic performance. School Circles also provides consultations to help with program implementation and program maintenance along with agency mediations between staff to improve school culture for both students and faculty. Business Circles includes trainings and follow-up consultations that develop skills for professionals who manage conflict with employees and/or customers. Business Circles specializes in providing mediations to help businesses manage conflict within their organizations while improving company culture. We will meet with your individual teams and then collectively, to resolve conflicts, build accountability, and strengthen the company community.
