CORE built our environmental services foundation with people who have years of front-end environmental planning experience, backed up by the necessary field experience. Our goal as an Environmental / Regulatory Division is to provide our clients with services that integrate with our Construction and Legal Survey Divisions. By combining the services of our various divisions, our clients reap the benefits of lower cost and greater efficiency. We use an Enviro Surveying approach utilizing hybrid environmental and survey crews for greater efficiency where ever possible. Utilizing hybrid survey environmental crews allows for savings such as decreased mobilization costs, and decrease the potential of additional surveys and design adjustments where environmental constraints are identified early in the planning process.
