Central Asian Bureau for Analytical Reporting (CABAR) is the project of Institute for War and Peace Reporting (www.iwpr.net).The mission of CABAR is promotion of the mechanisms for the constructive cooperation between Mass Media, State Institutions and representatives of Civil Society in Central Asian region. CABAR providing well-balanced and reliable analytical materials, investigative reports, radio and video reports ensures access to socially significant information of Central Asian countries.The team of CABAR is the staff of the Representative offices of IWPR in Central Asia – Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
