Build & Breathe Scoliosis (@buildbreathescoliosis) was founded to provide accessible fitness to those with Chronic conditions. We offer live classes, PT and an On-Demand library with 100+ hours of content tailored specifically to those with Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion.Created by Pilates instructor and Physio-in-training Emily Hale, who had corrective spinal surgery aged 15, we have supported hundreds of individuals in their scoliosis journey, both physically and emotionally by encouraging movement, building communities and arming individuals with tools to self-manage their condition. From diagnosis, to surgery, to long term rehabilitation, we are here to guide you through building physical and emotional strength.Founded by Emily with her T4-L5 spinal fusion, our team has grown with instructor Hope who lives with Scoliosis.
