Box Wilson Equity is a real estate investment and private equity firm with principals located in Austin, Texas and Denver, Colorado. We invest in commercial real estate either directly as sponsors, or through equity positions in other sponsors. We focus primarily on multifamily assets, but also invest in other types of value-add, income generating properties, such as mobile home parks.Since 2013, we have created 9 investments, purchasing >$100M of real estate in multifamily, mobile home parks, office, and self storage.
