BBI Capital NFI is the WSE listed investment company, which provides the investors trading in the stock exchange market with an access to the direct private investments' area in Poland. We invest in the development of medium-sized companies where we are an active medium-term investor (average time of investment's duration is 3-5 years). We are interested in the fast growing companies, which need capital to support their further development. We are looking for enterprises managed by efficient and creative entrepreneurs /managers, irrespectively of the industry. Venture capital fund (BBI Seed), established in cooperation with National Capital Fund and managed by the subsidiary of BBI Capital, invests in early stages (seed and start-up) of companies' development and finances the smaller projects (up to 1.5 M Euros). We apply the consistent entrepreneurial approach. Our positive characteristics are seen in the ability to combine the experience in building and development of own enterprises, gathered by over 12 years, and the knowledge of financial markets. We see our role not only in financing of new and promising business ventures, but also in the active engagement in co-management. Listing on stock exchange of such a defined fund allows the institutional investors (such as OFE and TFI) and individual investors to access the private equity/venture capital projects, giving them opportunity to realize high return rates from such type of investments through the increase of the fund's share price.
