Affect Education is an independently owned recruitment consultancy specialising in providing both temporary and permanent EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT staff to primary and secondary schools. Affect Education supports the vision of breaking the link between family income and educational achievement, working closely with the schools improvement leadership teams as well as the SEN and Inclusion teams; we aim to identify and target high quality candidates through our unique resourcing methods. We primarily support schools by providing Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors, Community Engagement Officers and ESOL Teachers that also share a similar vision and passion for reducing the gap in attainment and are committed to raising standards.
