This then allows us together with you to use these micro-services as lego blocks and build up packages that are unique to your current situation. We have seen companies change throughout an agile journey and have been stuck in contracts that either under-deliver what's needed now as the team have progressed faster then expected or have over-saturated the delivery and attempted to cram too much in as the team have not adapted as well as expected. By embracing the essence of agile and accepting that change is inevitable we encourage and support changes to service offerings along the way, this ensures you get what you need now and not what you thought you needed at the start of the journey.Within each bundle of micro-services we also offer a set of optional tiered support packages that will give you continued support after the initial adaption activities. In addition we can provide some minor business analysis services that can be utilised by companies when requiring rapid turnarounds for smaller packages of work, this could include refining a backlog of user stories or wireframing an apps proposed functionality, and much more. The team have also had a unique experience of being at the forefront of the design of the National Heavy Vehicle Portal that is used by all Australian Heavy Vehicle Operators, thus enabling us to provide a unique set of services related to the NHVR/HVNL that you won't find anywhere else.
